restaurant inventory template

I’ve written on restaurant inventory template before but it is such a valuable  tool that it warrants another glance. I have a rudimentary homemade template that I’ve used for years. It is made up of a simple Excel worksheet. List the ingredients in the first column and then the present inventory in subsequent columns under a date heading. This allows to you to see a rolling inventory and average needs at the glance of an eye with no extra effort.
